The inspiration for this painting came about after I had been out on my motorcycle on a trip up to belfast. Unhindered by road blocks, the place I wanted to see was the rememerence garden to the Hunger strikers. It is all about hope for the future…when I arrived home, I had this blank canvas ready to go and got straight into it..I felt such joy on the ride home…to sum it up.. Hope and Forgivness…
